My current research contributes to the EU project -VISIONARY where I focus on understanding the main barriers to sustainable consumption among European consumers and testing various marketing instruments and policy interventions to foster sustainable food choices at retailer level.
Prior to Visionary Project, I was working as research assistant in two projects. The first one related to sustainable solutions in health-care sector. The second, PlantPro project, where I studied tipping points necessary for the green transition to more plant-based diets in Denmark.
