I hold a M.Sc. in psychology from Copenhagen University and a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School. I have been a visiting scholar at University of Massachusetts and a postdoctoral researcher at MIT.
My current work focuses on the social psychology and organizational dynamics of creativity and innovation processes. Specifically, I look at the way spaces for creativity are created and enable particular forms of creation to emerge, and at the interplay between formal and informal behaviors. I examine this in contrasting settings such as visual arts and police work, relying primarily on ethnography and in-depth interviewing.
