I am currently part of Research in Blended Learning (RiBL) - a research project exploring new forms of learning (e.g., those enhanced by technologies), and how they inform the future of higher education as well as life-long learning. My responsibilities include research assistance, strategic communication planning and dissemination of research outputs, as well as general administration.
My primary research interests include work with difference and plurality in complex environments. In continuation of my PhD into identities of minoritized young people in Latvia, I am interested to revisit corporate diversity and inclusion practices through the lens of radical democracy / agonistic pluralism.
