10 years experience as trainer, educator at business schools and academies, with focus on strategy, service management, hospitality, economy, marketing, organizational development and sales.

4 years experience from own company using business simulations to develop Learning and Training across countries, functions, capabilities and cultures to ensure that excellence is not just a nice word, but something you live by.

20 years management experience from multinational companies of which 10 years as a hands-on Nestlé expatriate with responsibilities within management, sales, trade marketing, training and marketing. Have built and managed distribution set-ups, training units and sales departments in Russian speaking markets and Central & Eastern Europe.

Presently Sales Excellence Manager @ Chr. Hansen A/S, responsible for developing and rolling out relevant Learning & Training to sales forces on a global scale.
