I am interested in understanding how diversity work is practiced in organisations and what it entails to manage diversity. I firmly believe that diversity is unavoidable in organisations and that discrimination has not room in our society's organisations. Therefore, I study what companies and other organisations do in order to become diverse and non-discriminating. This includes diversity work and inclusion of migrants in organisations.
