Will the Private Sector Disappear Together with Troops in Afghanistan?

While the USA and NATO have sent hundreds of troops and financial support to Afghanistan, countries such as China and India have invested a great deal in Afghanistan's private sector. These investments will play a vital role in Afghanistan's future. The question remains: will this continue after the year 2014?
