Presentation

I investigate processes which takes place when an employee experiences mental health problems.

Starting from the philosophical problem, which Hegel highlights, that a subject can only be free being recognized by others in a certain way, my research deals with:

Having a mental health problem: What happens to the experience which exposes a subject to what happens to it and what it sees coming? And what does this means to management and the management of self- management?

Primary research areas
  • Mental health problems and workplaces
  • Selfrelationship
  • Hegel
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Temporality
