Presentation

Flemming Poulfelt is Professor of Management & Strategy. His current research focuses on strategy, managing knowledge intensive firms, management consulting and global leadership. Flemming Poulfelt has published extensively. His most recent publications are "Managing the Knowledge-Intensive Firm", "Return on Strategy", "Management Consulting Today and Tomorrow" and "Consultant-Client Collaboration – Coping with Complexity and Change." He has held visiting positions at various universities in the US and Australia. He has been giving seminars and lectures on most continents. He is on the board of several companies and he acts as a consultant.
