Presentation

My research interests revolve around dynamics of power and criticism in organizations, and the various ways they can play themselves out in contexts such as management, culture and subjectivity. For example, I have conducted research on the transformative potential of whistleblowing systems as well as the relationship between self-help culture and critique. Theoretically, I am primarily interested in post-structural and new materialist approaches, and empirically I try to look for spaces where ‘alternatives’ to dominant forms of organizing might emerge.

Primary research areas

My research areas are:
- Power
- Critique
- Alternative organization
- New Materialism
- Foucault
