My research is concerned with the role of the state in driving innovation and high-tech entrepreneurship. In particular, I am studying whether and how the state in Singapore and Hong Kong contributed to the development of their respective national entrepreneurial ecosystems. Prior to my time at CBS, I was an Erasmus Mundus Scholar at the London School of Economics and University of Wroclaw where I read Economic History and International Relations respectively.
