Arna Olafsson (Department of Finance, CBS) and two fellow researchers, Dan Silverman (Arizona State University) and Leandro Carvalho (University of Southern California), have received a long-term research grant from the Think Forward Initiative (TFI) for the project: For richer, for poorer: Financial shocks, within-couple insurance, and debt.

Out of a submission of 146 research proposals, 8 long-term research projects and 14 short-term research projects have been selected for a Think Forward Initiative (TFI) grant.

The selected research projects were chosen because they “were seen to provide the most relevant impact-driven insights in the domains of people’s (financial) decision-making, financial health, and financial well-being.”
