Rockwool Foundation 7,1 mio dkk grant for Anders Sørensen and Center for Innovation

The Rockwool Foundation has granted ECON professor Anders Sørensen and Centre for Innovation 7,100.000 DKK to carry out the research project ”Understanding Entrepreneurship Dynamics”. The project includes other researchers from ECON and CBS as well as from Stanford Graduate School of Business. 

The purpose of the project is to address a number of important issues, among others whether certain
characteristics of entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial firms increase their likelihood of success; the
importance of financial constrains for entrepreneurial entry, and the underlying causes for why women
enter entrepreneurship to a lower extent than men do.
