Department of Economics

Management Team
The Management Team is an informal structure at CBS_Econ led by the Head of Department who appoints the members of the team. The team currently consists of the Head of Department, Head of Secretariat and Deputy Head of Department. The Management Team manages the day-to-day operations of the department and meets weekly. The following people are on the Management Team:

• Deputy Head of Department Lisbeth la Cour (academic teaching coordinator)

Wider Leadership Group
The Wider Leadership Group at CBS_Econ is an informal structure led by the head of department who appoints the members of the group. The group includes people with key formal functions at the department. The group provides the head of department with input of strategic importance to the department in terms of research, external funding, teaching, dissemination, and work environment. The group normally meets once each semester. The following people are on the Wider Leadership Group:

• Associate Professor Daniel Borowczyk-Martins (part-time teacher coordinator)

Department Forum
The Department Forum CBS_Econ is a formal structure at each department set up by CBS senior management in 2015. The members of the forum are the head of department, the department's Employee Respresentative for academic staff as well as a representative from each of the following groups: PhD Fellow, Assistant Professors/Postdocs, Associate Professors, Professors/Professors With Special Responsibilities and Secretariat (administration). The Department Forum provides advice to the Head of Department to ensure that department meetings are called and to prepare the agenda for the department meetings. On an ad hoc basis the Head of Department also consults with the Department Forum on other issues of relevance to the department. The Department Forum normally meets in advance of department meetings but also meets on an ad hoc basis as well, when needed. The following people are on the Department Forum:
