Till J. Winkler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Digitalization at the Copenhagen Business School. He holds a doctorate in Information Systems from Humboldt University of Berlin and a Masters from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Prior to joining academe, he worked as a management consultant with a focus on IT strategy. The central question of his research program is how IT governance models and mechanisms facilitate digital innovation in diverse organizational contexts, including the pluralistic healthcare field. His past research on the adoption of cloud services and mobile technology has been presented at major IS conferences and been published in journals such as the Journal of Management Information Systems, the MIS Quarterly Executive, and the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research. First results from his most recent qualitative research study on governance issues within the healthcare sector have appeared in Health Policy and Technology. Till developed the benchmarking platform selfsurvey.org and he is a frequent speaker at industry forums.
