Presentation and academic fields

I hold a Ph.D. in User Experience from Copenhagen Business School, and Masters degree in Interaction Design from KTH, Sweden.

My main research area is within User Experience (UX), Design Thinking, websites, Usability, E-commerce, knowledge management, healthcare, game design and evaluation of IT systems.

Professional and/or academic experience

I am a User Experience Strategist and an educator who has more than a decade of experience in academia and industry in the area of Design, User Experience, Strategy and Innovation.

I have been teaching to bachelor and master students in the area of information management, User Experience, Design thinking, knowledge management, Corporate Communication

I have published 20+ articles in the area of UX, Design, Usability, and Design. These articles are within the domains of Healthcare and E-commerce.
