CBS Professor Admitted to the European Academy Academia Europaea

Poul Fritz Kjær has been admitted as a member of Academia Europaea. Also known as the Academy of Europe, it is the only pan-European scientific academy that covers all academic disciplines.

Academia Europaea was founded in 1988 as an initiative under the Royal Society and today brings together more than 5,500 prominent researchers from across Europe within a wide range of academic fields, including the humanities, social sciences, law, natural sciences, and technology.

Now, CBS researcher Poul Fritz Kjær has been admitted as a member among the distinguished scholars.

Poul Fritz Kjær is a professor at the Department of Business Humanities and Law at CBS, where he researches European integration, globalization, and global law. He is internationally recognized for his research on the interaction between law and political economy and has developed the theory of The Law of Political Economy, which examines how legal structures influence and shape political and economic systems – both nationally and globally.

In addition, he is a sought-after expert in both Danish and international media, where he analyzes and explains current geopolitical events.
