Two prominent guests from the European Commission will vist CBS.

EU Competition Commissioner, the Dane Margrethe Vestager and Vice-President of the European Commission Jyrki Katainen in charge of Jobs, Growth, Investment and Competitiveness will discuss the future of Europe.

Jyrki Katainen is on a travel to all the member countries in order to present the new Investment Plan of EU.

The more specific topics of the event are the economic prospects, such as what is holding back economic growth in Europe? What can be done and how? Where is there untapped economic potential?
What does it mean for those who today are students, what will the European labour market look like in 10- 20 years' time? What is the added value of EU in promoting growth and jobs?

The event is organized by Department of Business and Politics in cooperation with the European Commission. Everyone is welcome to join the seminar.
