Sarah Maria Dentas primary research concerns Public Private Partnerships (PPP) with special focus on the contractual and administrative aspects. Most recently, she co-authored the book “Offentlige Private Partnerskaber I et juridisk og politisk perspektiv” with Christina D. Tvarnø and Carsten Greve. In recent years, Sarah Maria Denta has taken interest in climate law, and her research has particular focus on the collaboration between public and private parties in relation to climate change solutions.
Sarah Maria Denta has in collaboration with Christina D. Tvarnø and Henrik Andersen from CBS LAW established the Nordic Center for Climate Law and Economics which is a research group dedicated to climate law. Read more about the research group here.
