Vishv Priya Kohli published article in JIPLP on current KH Würtz Ceramics and F&H Group(Christian Bitz) copyright case

Assistant Professor Vishv Priya Kohli at CBS LAW has, together with CBS colleague Associate Professor Stina Teilmann-Lock, published an article in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice (Oxford University Press) - JIPLP. 

 

The article is entitled 'My plate, not thine—copyright infringement of Würtz utensils' and explores the very recent and currently still on-going Danish copyright infringement case between the companies KH Würtz Ceramics and F&H Group and Christian Bitz on the infringement of Würtz' ceramic utensils.
