Assistant Professor Vishv Priya Kohli from CBS LAW presented on the topic, ‘Legal issues in IP teaching’ at the 12th Anniversary Conference organised by European Intellectual Property Teachers Network (EIPTN) held online on October 23-24, 2020.
EIPTN is supported by the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO).
The Conference focused on the legal issues on IP teaching, including teachers’ rights on their courses, recording of classes, freedom of speech of IP teachers, students’ exams, students’ rights, and University codes of rights. The different panels discussed many relevant issues concerning online teaching and IP law over a period of two days.
