Rasmus Arler Bogetoft published co-authored article on the use of preliminary injunctions in pharmaceutical patent cases

PhD Fellow Rasmus Arler Bogetoft has just published a co-written article in the European Journal of Law and Economics together with his dad and colleague, CBS Economics Professor Peter Bogetoft.

 

The article 'Market entrance, patents, and preliminary injunctions: a model of pharmaceutical patent litigation' investigates the use of preliminary injunctions in pharmaceutical patent cases and discusses their potential implications for the patent holder, alleged infringer, and society at large.
