New paper by Andrej Savin: Regulating internet platforms in the EU

The article looks at regulatory models for platforms in the EU since 2015. It argues that the EU is misguided in integrating all platforms under one umbrella and that the dominant regulatory paradigm, the ‘level playing field’ is an unproductive approach.
