Ph.d. fellow Maria Rasmussen and professors Ruth Nielsen and Christina Tvarnø from CBS LAW have been published in Europarättslig tidskrift with their article titled: “Gender equality in transition – sexual harassment as discrimination.”
The article concerns equal treatment of men and women in matters of employment and occupation, with special emphasis on sexual harassment.
