Louise Fjord Kjærsgaard's book 'Den skatteretlige omgåelsesklausul' has been published.

Louise Fjord Kjærsgaard, who just handed in her PhD in tax law at CBS LAW, has — together with Associate Professor Michael Tell from CBS and CORIT colleague Jakob Bundgaard — just published the book ‘Den skatteretlige omgåelsesklausul’, (EN: ‘The Anti-Tax Avoidance Clause’), which deals with the recent implementation of the Generally Applicable Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR) in Danish tax law, how this may affect national as well as internationally oriented companies, and finally how this interacts with EU tax law in the field.
