The first webinar by CBS LAW entitled ‘Design Protection under Copyright Law in Denmark – in context of the Anne Black case’ took place on June 25, 2020. 

Assistant Professor Vishv Priya Kohli and Associate Professor Stina Teilmann-Lock organised and moderated the one hour session. 

The Anne Black case has raised many important concerns regarding protection of designers and their Intellectual Property, including right to a fair compensation. 

The panel of speakers included Mr. Jesper Moseholm, representing Anne Black ApS (Denmark), Attorney Johan Løje (Denmark), Dr. Eleonora Rosati (editor of JIPLP), Dr. Rajavenkatesan (India), Dr. Christoph Rademacher (Japan), Prof. Morten Rosenmier (Denmark) and Mr. Mitchell Adams (Australia). 

The ‘by invitation only’ webinar was attended by representatives of the design community, interest organisations as well as notable scholars from across the globe.
