Frank S. GIAOUI will present his article: Towards Legally Reviewable Damage Awards in Arizona State University Corporate & Business Law Journal
Frank S. Giaoui is a Post Doc. JSD at Columbia Law School and he teaches at University of Lorraine, Metz School of Law and Economics. He holds a PhD in Comparative Law from Sorbonne Law School and an MBA from ESSEC Business School. In 2018, he defended his dissertation, a comparative Law and Economics analysis of damages as a remedy for contract breach.

He is currently leading an empirical research with professors and students in Computer Sciences, Law and Economics from both sides of the Atlantic. He writes and speaks regularly on the subject at International academic’s conferences.

His latest book Indemnisation du Préjudice Economique was published in July 2019 (L’Harmattan, ISBN 978-2- 343-18067-0, 07/25/2019, 724 pages), and he has published more than 60 articles and a book on international corporate development and finance.

Previously, Frank S. Giaoui was a Research Scholar at Columbia Business School and, before that, he was a Visiting Professor in Corporate Finance at ESSEC.
With www.herafinance.com, Frank S. Giaoui is also an entrepreneur who specializes in cross border M&A advisory. Before that, he worked with Bain & Company, Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) and Kingfisher PLC.
