Risk Management in Extended Enterprise (CIMA)
Abstract:
The purpose of the consortium is to create an overview of academic as well as business related experiences with risk management on the operational and strategic level, and to develop and test different methods of risk management as part of an overall management process. As part of this, risk management tools, utilisable by SMEs and which support a more stabile behaviour in global markets, will be developed.
