Building Leadership in the Construction Industry (BLCI)
Abstract:
Demand in the Danish construction industry has been decreasing since the 2008 crisis (“StatBank Denmark,” n.d.) and firms are struggling with profitability. Simultaneously, the construction industry has introduced a variety of initiatives that could help increase productivity, e.g., LEAN construction, innovative building materials, Building Information Management (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC).
