Creating Narratives, Generating strategies (CNGS)


Abstract:

This proposed industrial PhD will study whether questioning techniques from narrative therapy cangenerate knowledge of, and identification with, corporate strategy in different cultural contexts. The study’s theoretical framework consists of narrativity, sensemaking, and values management from a cross-cultural perspective. The findings will help multinational companies to make informed decisions about culturally appropriate strategy communication.
