Innovative ICT-platform to enhance case-based teaching and learning (CaseMaker)

Abstract:

CaseMaker is a transversal project aiming to promote new learning and teaching practices in higher education and secondary vocational education using an open source web-based ICT-platform specifically designed to enhance case-based teaching and learning. The ICT-platform will build on the technology and experiences of Shareville, and Moodle platforms developed and used by the partners. The overall rationale for initiating the CaseMaker project is to further integrate academia and practice in order to enhance student learning, help students develop transferable skills and improve students’ employability.
