Abstract:

The purpose of the project is to identify what governing requirements are built into the new rules, and analyse:- how municipalities and housing companies, departments, and administrations perceive the new limitations for decision-making and the respective parties' roles in it;- which areas are made object to new forms of governing;- how they organise and coordinate the necessary work to lift the new governing technology, individually and part as a team, and- what new lines of conflict reveal themselves in the governing arenas created by the reform, and how these are dealt with.
