Next Generation Technology for Global Software Development (NextGSoftware)
Abstract:
The purpose of the co-operation is to understand and improve Global Software Development (GSD) practices and technologies both on a practical/industrial level as well as on a scientific level. For the industrial partners, the objective is to improve their GSD processes and tools. For the scientific partners, the objective is to research the role of culture in GSD and design next generation GSD technologies that view GSD as a collaborative process rather than as out-sourcing (”the Purpose”).
