Management and Organisation in gymnasiet and VUC - 2 (Ledelse og Organisering i gymnasiet og VUC - 2)

Abstract:

The focus of the research project is on how management and organisation take new forms in stx and hf/VUC following the reform of 2005 and status as self owning in 20087. The research project will investigate a number of concepts introduced in the reform such as "teamsamarbejde", "fagligt samspil", and "progression" and investigate how they are implemented at the individual school. these concepts puts changes concerning management of professions in the spotlight.
