Advanced automation technology and Danish competitiveness (AIM)

Abstract:

The first aim of the project is to investigate what type of business that have so far benefitted most from implementing automation technologies, and which forms of change in mangement and organisation yield succesful implementation. Based on this knowledge, it is the aim to develop an interactive benchmarking tool, which businesses can utilise to assess the value of introducing advanced automation technologies based on their own specific limitations.
The second aim is to implement this tool in the businesses.
The third aim of the project is to create a forum for providing feedback from the users of automation technologies to the producers of such technology.
