Get a career mentor
What does it take to become career ready and get a job? CBS gives you the opportunity to invest in yourself, engaging with a career mentor who will be able to support you through transitions, provide clarity about your opportunities and different career paths and prepare you for a job and a good start on your career.
Our career mentors have graduated from CBS and have embarked on a career. They have experience from different industries and from different roles. Your mentor may work in Denmark or abroad and may work in an NGO, the public or the private sector.
CBS Mentoring Programme is the largest of its kind in Northern Europe. You can choose either to participate in an individual mentor relation or group relation. Group mentoring offers extra perspectives from both your mentor and the other mentees in your group.

Become a mentor
As an alum, you have the opportunity to engage in the CBS Mentoring Programme by becoming a mentor. You can contribute with your knowledge about the job market, your professional and personal experience, and your passion. All while you get new perspectives and grow.
