Working on your mental health and wellbeing is crucial on both a personal and professional level.
This masterclass will give you hands-on tools, and teach you the fundamentals about areas most of us struggle with during our studies such as:
• Stress
• Imposter syndrome and not feeling good enough
• Bad habits and difficulties in changing them
• Feeling stuck
After the workshop, you will go home with a toolbox that will help you during your studies and in your professional as well as personal life.

Please note this masterclass is interactive with guidance from the speaker. For this masterclass, you do not have to bring your laptop, as we will provide paper and a pen for you.
