    With increasing interest in business and management in Africa, both in practice and in scholarly work, the related questions what management practices are in use in Africa and how effective these practices are is coming into the spotlight. This full day workshop aims to contribute to answering these questions. Our understanding of management practices is broad, across different the functions of a firm and ranging from individual level to firm level practices.
