Data-Driven Innovation - Book Presentation

Book Presentation at CBS. FRIDAY, 8th of October 2021, From 14-16 in Room SPs16

Friday, October 8, 2021 - 14:00 to 16:00

data-driven innovation

Adjunct Professor Michael Moesgaard Andersen and Professor Torben Pedersen have just published a book with their take on data-driven innovation.

We take this opportunity to invite you to an event where we focus on how data, digitization and artificial intelligence play together with innovation: Is it something that will facilitate access to and use of innovation, and will innovation and strategy play together in a new way?

We have put together a program that comes all the way around the topic with both business examples, academic debate and curiosity about the topic.

We start at 14.00, when Michael Moesgaard Andersen talks about the main conclusions in the book. This is followed by two presentations from companies that work with these issues on a daily basis. CEO Claus Rydkjær, Capgemini Denmark and CEO Dennis Poulsen, Valuer, provide insight into how they work with data-driven innovation.

Next, a panel of professors from the Department of Strategy and Innovation discusses the pros and cons of whether artificial intelligence promotes innovation. Two professors (Grazia Santangelo and Johannes Luger) argue against this, while two professors (Christoph Grimpe and Torben Pedersen) argue for this. Thus, all arguments should come to the table and you can shape your own opinion on this issue.

We look forward to seeing you at this event, where we will end with a glass of good wine and finger-food.
