CBS' flagship on the right course

With app. 40 enrolled applicants at CBS' full-time MBA - spread over 14 countries and with one third being women - the feared decline for the programme has turned.

For a few years, a difficult market has brought many business schools to their knees within the executive area. But with goal-oriented marketig that especially focuses on 'the Scandinavian management model' CBS has received more than 80 applications from all over the world.

The Copenhagen MBA

"In our marketing we emphasize those qualities that CBS and the study environment is known for, among other things the Scandinavian management style with open and direct communication, creative industries in Copenhagen and the many small and mediumsized companies that provide a different business structure," explains Programme Director for the full-time MBA, Per Junker Thiesgaard.

Copenhagen as a study capital

CBS has entered into a partnership with Wonderful Copenhagen and Copenhagen Venture Cup in order to be able to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the programme - and in the fall of 2005 CBS is planning, together with the University of Copenhagen and the Technical University of Denmark, to sell Copenhagen as a study capital.
