CBS Library has recently procured access to an online reference work on the maritime and offshore sectors. Below we have compiled a short list of databases relevant for anybody interested in literature and information on this topic.
CBS Library hosts several Mendeley courses the rest of the semester. Mendeley is a reference tool that helps you keep track of all the literature you use in your assignments. You can insert in-text citation in your text and create a complete bibliography in the style you want.
February 15 will see the launch of a redesigned Libsearch. The design will be both simpler and smarter but all the familiar functions will be retained, which means that you will still be able to search for books and articles, pay fines, and renew loans.
A print copy of the most recent issue of The Economist has always been available from CBS Library, but from now on it will much easier to stay abreast of world events as we have decided to take a subscription for the world-renowned magazine. If you are on campus simply go to economist.com, off-campus users need to sign in via the databases section on the library website.
CBS Library now provides online access to the Danish newspapers Jyllands-posten and Politiken. You can read the articles directly on the newspapers' own websites without limitation in the number of articles viewable. Access is for CBS students and employees. You are logged in if you are on campus, otherwise go through "databases" to log in.
