New to CBS?
On this page we have compiled some of the most important things you should know about the library. We offer much more and you can explore the services on my.cbs.dk and on this homepage.
Getting a library card
We already have your data, but you will need a PIN code. Visit the library to activate your library account. Please bring identification with your social security number, passport or similar. When you do that you can borrow books and make reservations in Libsearch.
Curriculum - reading lists
The reserve collection on the ground floor of the Solbjerg Plads library contains one copy of all the books listed on the various programme curricula. The books are not loanable but can be used anywhere in the library. A lot of the curricular materials are web-based and can be downloaded and read on your computer. You can find the lists on CBSLearn and www.academicbooks.dk

Online use from your home
The vast majority of CBS Library resources are web-based and can be accessed through a variety of databases. You can gain access to most of these databases from home using your CBS login.
Databases cover dictionaries and encyclopedias, financial accounts and market reports, and much much more.

Book study seats or study group rooms
CBS Library offers the convenience of single study seats and study group rooms throughout campus.

Sign up for one of the many courses the library offers. You will learn how to use a reference management tool to keep track of your sources, how to use a survey tool, or how to conduct successful searches in the databases provided by the library and much more.

Cite your sources correctly
Pay attention to the way you make references to other people´s works – plagiarism is taken very seriously at CBS.
