Easy access to ordbogen.com
At CBS, you have access to several dictionaries via Ordbogen.com. There are several languages, professional dictionaries and help with Danish grammar.
You can use Ordbogen.com on the web via the library and as an app on your smartphone. As something completely new, you can also add it to Chrome.
CHROME EXTENSION - DICTIONARY DIRECTLY IN THE BROWSER
Ordbogen.com has developed a Chrome extension. When you add it to your Chrome browser, it appears as a small icon at the top of the Chrome menu.
Click on the icon, write your word and voila, ordbogen.com opens up. You don't have to go through the library's web pages to access the dictionaries.
Install the browser extension, and you can look up words directly from a text you read online. By right-clicking on a word and selecting 'look up ordbogen.com', ordbogen.com opens.

NEW DESKTOP VERSION
Ordbogen.com's new look is enjoyable and easy to use. If you have previously downloaded version 3 or 4 and want to continue using it, you must update it.
The new desktop version is called Ordbogprogrammet 5. If you already have version 3 or 4 installed, you can delete them.
