Stop wasting your time looking for a vacant seat or group study room. As a CBS student you can book group study rooms and study seats throughout CBS campus online.

CBS students only

CBS Library has a central location on Frederiksberg and is a popular place for studying. The library is open to all; however, to meet CBS student’s need of study facilities the seats on the 1st and 2nd floor at CBS Library Solbjerg Plads, the reading rooms at Dalgas Have and Graduate House can be booked exclusively by CBS students.

Booking throughout CBS campus

All CBS and CBS Library group study rooms and single study seats can be booked in the same system. We hope that this will make it easier for you to find a vacant room or study seat.

Not a CBS student?

Even if you are not a student at CBS you are welcome to use the CBS Library study facilities. The study seats in the basement and on the ground floor are open to everybody and cannot be booked in advance.

You are free to make use of unoccupied study seats anywhere in the library as long as you move if a CBS student with a reservation shows up.
