The guide has the following subcategories:

Macroeconomic data:
This is a selective guide to sources of international, macro-level economic statistics. Historical data in electronic format prior to 1950 is rare.

Financial data:
This part of the guide focuses on sources of financial data. Examples include stock prices from different stock exchanges, index data, derivatives, currency trading etc.

A collection of guides and support sites to R Statistical package. And links to other statistical software packages.
