ACM Digital Library contains all ACM publications as well as a lot of other sources of IT-technology. Look up entries in the Encyclopedia of Computer Science or keep up-to-date on IT conference output.

ACM is short for Association for Computing Machinery. Their tag line is "Advancing Computing as a Science and a Profession". The digital library IT literature has been created with exactly this in mind.
