Congress abroad - Grith Skovgaard Ølykke

Abstract:

I hereby wish to apply for funds to cover travelling and participation in the 7th International Public Procurement Conference (IPPC7). I am one of the authors of an interdisciplinary paper entitled “Public procurement procedures which attract only one bid” which has been accepted for presentation at the conference. The conference is biennial and is in 2016 taking place in Bali (3- 5 August 2016). The conference attracts researchers in the field of public procurement from many different countries (globally). When the conference took place in Ireland in 2014 my co-author and I presented another paper which was subsequently published in the recognised journal Public Procurement Law Review in 2015.
