More than 90% of participants tend to come from outside of Denmark and they typically have more than five years of work experience from diverse industries and organisational functions, bringing unique business perspectives into the classroom.

Name: Sergio Gomez  Country: United States    Connect: Sergio's LinkedIn

Summary: Sergio is a Senior Business Analyst at Danske Bank, where he is responsible for analysing risks in the Personal and Business Customers portfolio, with a primary focus on credit risks. Before graduating the Copenhagen MBA in 2020, he held several positions in Marsh, the most recent being Associate Account Executive, where he led teams that provided insurance and risk management solutions to commercial clients. Additionally, Sergio has spent time volunteering for associations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Trampolinhuset.


Name: Kevin Krieskov  Country: United States    Connect: Kevin's LinkedIn

Summary: Kevin completed the Full-Time MBA in 2020 and now works as a Marketing Automation Manager at TDC Net. Prior to joining TDC Net, he worked for eight years in digital marketing at Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Citi. Kevin is originally from Florida.

Summary: After completing the Copenhagen MBA in 2020, Ryan joined Milestone Systems, a leading Danish Video Technology company based in Copenhagen, as Business Manager to the CFO. This role has provided the perfect opportunity to apply his MBA curriculum and utilise his broad financial and consulting experience with companies ranging across Fortune 500, scale-ups, and start-ups. 


Name: Lizelle Van Schouwenburg    Country: South Africa   Connect: Lizelle's LinkedIn

Summary: Lizelle is Vice President of Business performance and strategy in the Danish tech company ZeroNorth. Prior to completing our MBA in 2020, Lizelle spent more than five years at Novartis, where she held positions such as Finance business Partner and Strategic Sales partner. Some of her responsibilities included identification and evaluation of business risks and opportunities, and coordinating and implementing strategic projects. In her career, Lizelle also gained experience in the mining, banking and FMCG industries. While attending the MBA, Lizelle became Study Board Representative at CBS and her team represented CBS as regional finalists at the Venture Capital International Competition.

Name: Magdalena Niederwieser   Country: Austria    Connect: Magdalena's LinkedIn

Originally from Austria, Magdalena graduated the MBA in 2020. Afterwards, she joined the Copenhagen MBA Team as Admissions Manager. Today, she holds the position of People & Organisational Relation Specialist at the vast growing tech scale-up ZeroNorth. Being responsible for people and company engagement and culture as well as employer branding lets her combine the technical business knowledge and interpersonal leadership skills acquired during the MBA. Working together with two of her MBA classmates in the same company truly shows how the MBA network can enhance your career. 


Name: Meng Hua Aw    Country: Singapore    Connect: Meng's LinkedIn

Summary: Originally from Singapore, Meng Graduated our MBA in 2014. He is now Head of Distribution at Translution Capital, and is responsible for initiating, developing and nurturing relationships with global partners and investors worldwide. Prior to joining Translution Capital, Meng was Head of Investor Relations at Capital Four Management where he was responsible for all business development and investor relations activities in the APAC region. Previous to Capital Four Management, he held similar positions at Danske Bank Asset Management and Pecora Capital. In addition, he is a chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Summary: Ning is a Specialist in Computational Biology at Novo Nordisk, where she acts as a Project Manager, driving the development of two analytical platforms to add values for early drug discovery. Prior to graduating the MBA in 2020 with the concentration of Digitalisation, she worked at Novartis Institutes for bioMedical Research as an Investigator for more than three years.

Summary: A graduate from the MBA in 2018, Huijue transformed her career through the MBA. Previously a media veteran and award-winning journalist in the US and China, she transitioned to become a Product Owner at Danske Bank after her studies with us. Since then she has progressed to be Data Management Lead & Chief Project Manager at Danske Bank.

Summary: Ran is a Business Developer at a leading Danish EdTech company, where she has overall responsibility for international market intelligence. Prior to graduating the MBA in 2020, she had five years' experience working in venture capital/management consulting. Name: Norsyafiqah Othman    Country: Malaysia    Connect: Norsyafiqah's LinkedIn

Summary: Norsyafiqah is a Business Development Manager at Novozymes. Her experience includes launching global enzyme products for the animal feed market in the DSM-Novozymes Feed Alliance. Her background in Food Technology and an MBA from CBS helps her drive the business assessment from both the technology and commercial perspective. 


Name: Sahil Saeed   Country: India    Connect: Sahil's LinkedIn

Summary: Sahil is a Specialist in Digital Technology at Fujifilm Biotechnology where he acts as the Validation Project Lead, pricing the validation activities on CapEx projects. Prior to graduating with the Full-Time MBA in 2020, he worked at NNE in Bangalore and Copenhagen as a Process Engineer for four years. 


Name: Adithya Sailesh   Country: India    Connect: Adithya's LinkedIn

Summary: Adithya is experienced in building data science teams and in his current role as Head of Advanced Analytics at Lenus, he drives product development and commercial excellence through data driven insights. Prior to graduating from the MBA in 2020, Adithya worked as a Software Engineer at Qualcomm for four years primarily in the domain of ML applications in automation. 

Be Part of Something Special

The CBS MBA Alumni Society is a network of Full-time and Executive MBA graduates. The network spans more than 80 nationalities and in excess of 1,900 alumni drawn from a wide range of industries. The society meets regularly to keep up-to-date with business developments, to expand the network, and to simply bring fellow former MBA students together.

Apart from being a networking hub, the MBA Alumni Society also arranges business events in order to keep alumni appraised of the most recent trends and developments within academia and business. Alumni have access to library resources and many make a commitment to stay engaged with the CBS community.

Alumni are kept informed through our LinkedIn group, monthly MBA Insight newsletter and the Alumni Society website. For international networking, we have regional groups where alumni drive events and networking opportunities.
