CBS opruster for at fastholde internationale talenter

CBS will concentrate this effort further to retain international students in Denmark after graduation.

Tom Dahl-Østergaard, who has been in charge of CBS’ International Office since 2011, will spearhead this effort as of 1 November 2018. Tom’s title will be Senior Executive, International Talent Retention.

”International students and graduates are a valuable resource to Denmark; society as well as the business community. CBS must contribute substantially to shape and retain this potential in Denmark. I am most pleased that Tom has accepted this challenge and take pride in us, as far as I am aware, being the first university in the country to have this capacity this close to the Dean’s Office”, says Gregor Halff, Dean of Education.

Tom Dahl-Østergaard will be reporting to the dean of education and will, together with CBS’ career services and programmes, the business community and organisations, be coordinating CBS’ efforts in retaining international graduates - and helping them land a job in Denmark.
