If companies don’t make the effort to involve themselves in their employee’s MBA and other Master programs, they risk losing both their employee and their investment. According to Director for CBS Master’s programs, Anne Mette Dissing-Immerkjær, CBS is increasingly involving companies in the education their employees are taking. More than 50% of students change jobs within a few years of completion.
