Human resources and know how:

Copenhagen Business School (CBS) was ranked number 27 in Financial Times’ list of European business schools. This is an improvement of 10 rankings compared with the year before. CBS has targeted its efforts to achieve recognition among Europe’s best business schools and the hard work has proved successful. On 4 December Financial Times published its list of the 55 best business schools in Europe and CBS is number 27. The ranking is based on performance within a wide variety of areas, including the quality of education in general and for Executive MBAs and research.

“Compared to last year’s ranking, CBS has moved from 37th to 27th and is on the list as one of the leading schools in Scandinavia surpassed only by Stockholm School of Economics. I am very pleased to see that our internationalisation strategy is working out and that CBS has now confirmed its position as leading in Scandinavia”, says Dean Finn Junge-Jensen. This ranking consists of a collective ranking of the following degrees: MBA 2006, EMBA 2006, European Masters in Management 2006 and Executive Education 2006.

Europe’s best schools are HEC in Paris followed by London Business School and IMD in Switzerland. Insead is number 10 on the list. Markedsføring 04-12-2006.
